Cirio Foundation is a private non-profit organization located in New York City. We are dedicated to helping young minority students with potential for success in higher education. As of 2016 Cirio has added a new program for graduate music students.
Cirio Foundation works directly with High Schools and Colleges and does not accept unsolicited applications
